Well, Well, Well. This episode was off the charts. I think this was the best episode of the season thus far. We had a loosing streak snapped, the best immunity challenge of the season and an explosive boot. Wow. This is what Survivor is all about. The episode kicks off with Lisi’s return from Exile Island. She’s a bit of a tomboy so she had no problem fitting in with the male dominated Ravu tribe. Over on Moto, Earl led the tribe away from camp allowing Yau-man to dig up the hidden immunity idol. At last, one of the idols was found. My pick to find it made me look like I know what I’m talking about. I’m sure my reputation as a goofball is safe though. Ha-ha-ha. Was Yau-Man giddy or what? He looked like a kid on Xmas. The bond he has with Earl is inspiring. But, I still think Eduardo or Alex will win it all. I stand by that prediction. At the Reward challenge the tribes played flaming Jai-alai. Sweet, flaming anything is a good game. Mookie talked smack about Yau-Man and was $#!+ faced when Yau-Man nailed his shot. It was a close match but finally, Ravu snapped their record losing streak by winning this reward challenge. They went to an arcade where Lisi endeared herself to the Ravu men….There goes that queen song in my head again….and Rocky peed on everyone’s fun with yet another tirade. Lighten up dude! Earl went to Exile Island and made some pretty impressive sand art. Over on Moto, Yau-Man created a fake immunity idol and buried it where the real one was. How can you not love this very innovative mischief? This old geezer has got more tricks in his bag than Felix the cat. Who ever finds this and tries to use it is going to be super $#!+ faced. I get the feeling that’s going to be the next theme to replace the blindside theme we’ve had thus far. Well, the Immunity challenge was the best challenge of the season thus far. Michelle, once again was the beast of her team with her calls. That spill she took was funny (almost as funny as Lisi's spill afew episodes ago) but to her credit, she kept on. On a personal note, after seeing Dreamz do his Afro Samurai (Cartoon Network show) impression, I swear I’ll never hire him to be my barber. Mookie bounced around like a pinball. His ribs must have been going “TILT!” Then for whatever reason, on the Moto tribe Boo took over making the calls and the first thing he says is he can’t see. Good Lord! What was he thinking. And yet they still won. I’m convinced that Ravu is jinxed. Back at Ravu’s camp, Lisi gained Eduardo and Alex’s confidence by sharing her info on the location of the hidden immunity idol. She did what she had to do to survive this round but that’s going to come back to bite her in the @$$.
Next time on Survivor: Eduardo, Alex and Mookie search for the hidden immunity idol while Lisi and Dreamz sleep. It didn’t take long for Eduardo and Alex to ditch Lisi and replace her with Mookie in their plans. Looks like Lisi’s @$$ is going to get bit next episode. Strike up that Queen song one last time. Ha-ha-ha. State of the Tribes:
Out of Left Field Prediction: We’re due for a double elimination and then the merge at the final 9. I think either Boo will find the fake immunity idol before the merge or Mookie after the merge. The way the edit is going these guys (along with Lisi) look like they're being set up to be the victims of the $#!+ faced theme that I think is coming in the next couple of episodes. I can’t wait for that. |
