Well episode five is in the books and let me just say thankfully this will be the last massacre we'll have to witness. Things start out with Earl and Yau-Man working together to find the hidden immunity idol. Earl pulled the players out of camp to give Yau-Man a chance to dig for it. We're told that there are two immunity idols this season. There's going to have to be because it looks like the first one will never be found! Well at the reward challenge, Ravu gets an @$$ whooping worse than any other tribe I can remember. Cassandra launched Rita twice. The Rocky vs. Dreamz rivalry did not live up to the hype because Rocky is so malnourished he was to week to offer up much of a fight. The only victory Ravu had was when Yau-Man defeated Stacy. He got her nice and Muddy. She would earn that trip to the mud later in the episode. Personally I would have preferred a Jell-O wrestling match between Michelle and Stacy or they could have brought back Liliana but no, we get mud sumo matches with Lisi, Cassandra and Yau-Man. Just what the ratings needed. So Earl gets sent to Exile Island and reads a clue that ticked him and me off. No new info. It basically says the idol is right where the other clues says it is. What a Bull $#!+ clue. Earl Got Hosed. Over on Moto, Lisi and Stacy go on a power trip. Ah-ha! A classic Survivor trap. Remember JP on Cook Island. The old Rule the Roost attitude that he developed when on the Latino tribe was his demise when the tribes reshuffled. Looks like Lisi and Stacy are on the same path. Kudos to Alex for seeing that pitfall a mile away and trying his best to avoid it. But it may be too late. Dreamz has already vowed to flip first chance he gets. Well the Loose Cannon of Survivor is wising up. And of Course Lisi and Stacy can't see past their own egos. They have a "so what" attitude. Alex, I feel your frustration.
Next time on Survivor: The Tribes are reshuffled: Hallelujah! Something had to give. Ravu got a mud hole stomped in them, figuratively and literally. This twist is so welcomed. Thank you Lord...Err, Um, Mark Burnett. Now for the State Of The Tribes, but this will change dramatically after the reshuffle:
Out Of Left Field Prediction: Lisi and Stacy Get JP'ed (That sounds nasty) when the reshuffle happens and they no longer Rule the Roost. Out Of Left Field Prediction #2: With no Survivor next week, My next blog might will be a be a bunch of out of left field observations. Ok, calling that a prediction is cheating.
